14-day withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days for unopened items.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened diapers, feeding items, pacifiers and used car seats cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

Contact us for a return authorisation and address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods.
