Shipping is €4.99 to Zone A (DE, AT, NL, BE, LU, FR, IE), €6.99 to Zone B (most of the Eurozone) and €9.99 to Zone C (PL, SE, DK, CZ, HU, RO, BG, GB) — and it's free over €49 / €59 / €79 respectively. Delivery takes 2–4, 3–6 or 4–8 business days by zone, and we email you when your parcel ships.

We deliver across the European Union and the United Kingdom (28 countries). Choose your country with the selector at the top of the page to see prices, currency and delivery times for your location.

You have a 30-day return window (we voluntarily extend the EU's 14-day right of withdrawal). Contact us for a return authorisation; refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened diapers, feeding items, pacifiers and used car seats cannot be returned unless faulty.

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment provider — you're redirected to a secure page to complete the card payment. We never store your full card details. All prices include VAT at your destination country's rate.

Absolutely. All products are 100% genuine from trusted brands, and baby items meet EU safety standards (CE / EN71 where applicable). Car seats show their safety standard (i-Size / ECE R44) and fit range on each product page.
